Operations Administrative Assistant
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides seasonal hiring support in the HRB Gateway hiring system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator (DOC) supporting the overall district(s) offices. 50%
Receives communication (written, telephone and electronic) from offices who have a concern or a need around supplies, facilities or support. Documents nature of problem, researches solutions, and resolves issues or escalates to DOC or DGM as needed. 50%
Reviews office supply inventory and places orders to meet the needs of the office/district. .
Review and verify invoices and prepares payment for the DOC’s approval.
Assists with local marketing initiatives.
Attends training related to the effective and efficient performance of job duties.
Other duties as assigned by the District Operations Coordinator or in partnership with other managerial staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional course work in math is preferred.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of one year of clerical or administrative experience.
Must have good reading and math skills in order to understand information and effectively explain information to others.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills and effectively communicate in person.
Computer skills
Understanding and previous use of a Windows-based computer system and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Windows operating system.
A basic level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read, write谈书墨 , and clearly communicate in English and/or other languages as required by the needs of the district.
Additional state and local requirements may apply.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Two to four years of experience as an H&R Block associate.

Software Engineer
Works closely with senior, lead or principal software engineer to design, develop and maintain software components and products that support H&R Block business applications. Uses tools, languages, coding standards and best practices to develop new product features and maintain year over year product functionality and enhancements. Creates and executes unit tests and addresses defects. Works closely with the QA, UX and other related teams to ensure consistent understanding of requirements and approach.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs, develops and maintains software components
Creates and maintains documentation of design approaches
Creates and maintains documentation on internal architecture of the system.
Participates in technical design and code reviews for all new enhancements and maintenance work delivered.
Understands business and functional requirements and produces technical specifications and product requirements.
Creates, maintains and executes unit test and alpha test plans
Maintains and improves current knowledge on the latest technologies relevant to the role regarding algorithms, language, design methodology, third-party development tools, application platforms, hardware compatibility and operating systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or the equivalent through a combination of education and work experience.
Two years experience in system analysis, design and programming experience.
Experience in client server and web environments, relational database technology, and development of interface software.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated and effective time management, organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to develop creative solutions to assigned projects.
Ability to work in a team environment with limited supervision.

QA Analyst
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Write test plans and test cases in compliance with relevant organizational standards.
Creates clearly documented defects that enable a developer to recreate the issue.
Maintains and updates test cases, test designs, serviceware, and support documentation to ensure testing and support of applications is accurate.
Executes end-to-end functional tests and utilizes automated tests developed by others to exercise system as appropriate. Understands automation best practices and is able to develop basic automation scripts. Collaborates to achieve end-to-end application and business process quality.
Acts as “customer advocate” when investigating defects found in production. Provides feedback based on application knowledge and understanding of customer issues. Reviews application and project documentation to ensure it meets customer needs. Trains others on application and customer knowledge. Information, analysis and recommendations to support the product.
Understands the business needs the product is trying to meet and applies this understanding to guide testing. Applies a comprehensive understanding of the product functions and the marketplace in which it is sold effectively test assigned applications.
Skill set enables automation of at least 50% of test cases for existing functionality. This includes the execution of existing automation test scripts as well as personally writing and executing automated test scripts.
Demonstrates ability to utilize "in house" test harnesses or simulators.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or the equivalent experience of 4 to 5 years
Minimum of 3 years Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Software Testing or Technical Support experience
Experience writing and executing both positive and negative tests for complex projects
Strong understanding of QA's BDM lifecycle requirements. Able to read and interpret all requirements and design documentation; building corresponding test cases that support a quality delivery
Thoroughly understands the application from the customer business process point of view. Is able to build and execute positive and negative test cases based on business scenarios and/or use cases
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an external and internal customer focus in all interactions
Understands the relationships between "owned" components and those with which they interface. Capable of assisting with cross-component dependency analysis
Manages data accuracy for all deliverables within the QA test repository
Assesses the impact of all production changes, whether full project deployments or defect fixes. Appropriately communicates risks and outlines mitigation plans
Preferred Requirements
Experience with creating, maintaining, and executing automated tests
Experience using a Play/Record automation tool such as TestComplete, QuickTestPro赤子乘龙 , or similar automation tools

Program Manager-Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Lead
Responsible for developing, planning, and managing implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) activities for complex projects that are part of a large program and/or programs with broad scope, high impact and longer implementation time frames. Lead both the conversion as well as the business change required, while ensuring that day-to-day operations keep functioning flawlessly during the transition. Consult with sponsors, participants, stakeholders and customers to review proposals including goals, time frames, and funding limitations. Ensure that program goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives. Manage program budgets. Responsible for managing the program teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct Robotic Process Automation (RPA) high level assessments.
Identify processes that are feasible for automation with recommendations for benefits and savings.
Define complexity of the process in terms of RPA delivery to include recommendations to alter or reengineer process to automate or improve automation potential.
Create a business view RPA solution design.
Analyze and observe processes to understand the process steps and applications used to complete business transactions by a user.
Complete the standard templates to ensure that all business scenarios are in scope to be configured into RPA. The examples are as below:
Detail process steps, navigation, application details type, application elements used, etc.
Study process information, standard operation procedures, process maps volumetrics trending, seasonality, cyclicality, service levels set up error rate, error volumes, exception handling steps蓝鸽集团 , capacity utilization FTE,李一情 productivity metrics and average handling time.
Process interdependencies.
Financial or regulatory compliance considerations.

Conversion of unstructured inputs to structured, if required.

Create alternate flows, nested validations and verifications to detail the various paths a transaction can traverse through the automation flow being designed.
Detail the completion of a transaction as required by the process outputs of the process
Work in partnership with business leaders to obtain and commit necessary associate resources at the appropriate time, level, and expertise to support the projects required to support the program.
Deliver projects / programs on time and on budget with superior quality.
Provide regular status updates to leadership teams.
Monitor and mitigate project/ program risks.
Ensure completion of program deliverables. Ensure projects that are part of the program are delivered on time and on budget with superior quality.
Oversee teams of individuals from cross functional teams, as well as vendors to accomplish project/program outcomes.
Ensure compliance with corporate project management office, using appropriate project management tools, processes and procedures.

Education

7-10 years of business experience.
5 years of project management experience.
Program management experience leading large programs that involve significant business change.

Knowledge of business case development including cost/benefit analysis, NPV, current and future state assessments.
