什么是Lux GC@First Sight | What is Lux GC@First Sight
陆逊梯卡作为全球眼镜设计及潮流的领跑者红楼之玄清 ,业务覆盖了多个国家和区域。为了能让集团下零售,批发及工厂在业务链上能有效的沟通、学习及分享,保持公司统一的文化及价值观微针毁容 ,LUXOTTICA大中华区于2018年6月26-29日开展了第五次“GC@ First Sight”项目。
项目主要目的是让我们的同事更好地了解整个眼镜业务过程;学到业务是如何发展的,同时与大中华区在所有不同部门的高层管理人员进行互动交流。今年我们有26位来自香港,上海和东莞的同事参加到这个项目当中。
As the leader of fashion, luxury, sports eyewear worldwide, Luxottica Manufacturing and Distribution business covers all the markets in the world. In order to keep building a one Company Culture, Luxottica China Retail, Wholesale and Operations launched the 5thwave of “Luxottica Greater China First Sight Program” from 26th to 29thJune 2018.
The mainpurpose of the program is to let our employees better understand the business in its whole value chain from Design to Customer, learn more about how the business is growing, and be exposed and interact with Greater China Top Management in all different departments. This year we have welcomed 26 colleagues from Hong Kong, Shanghai and Dongguan.

生产运营业务介绍:Operations Business
此次项目分为东莞工厂及上海零售及批发的学习及参观环节, 在东莞工厂环节我们邀请到陆逊梯卡亚洲运营总监Mr. Marco Zeggio对陆逊梯卡集团进行整体的介绍。同时,陆逊梯卡亚洲运营HR总监Fabio Buoncristiano先生也向同事们介绍陆逊梯卡华宏(东莞)眼镜有限公司的概况。
We had two main sections in this Program with sharing and visiting in Dongguan and Shanghai Offices. First of all in Tristar, we invited Mr. Marco Zeggio (Asia Operation CorporateDirector) for an overall Luxottica Company Introduction. After that, we welcomed Fabio Buoncristiano (Asia HR Director) to introduce Luxottica Tristar.

为了让大家能更深入地了解运营生产过程,针对于华宏的金属、胶架、零件工厂的、参观环节也是必不可少的,在这个过程中,大家能更清楚地了解每一步的生产工艺过程,同时这对他们做为业务前端的事业部来说,无疑是有很大的帮助及推动作用的。大家还在生产线上进行了实际的操作,了解到了生产眼镜不是想象中的那么容易,并非常的开心有这样的一次实操经历。
In order to let everyone know the operative process, participants get the chance to visit Metal Plant, Sun Lenses Plant, Plastic Plant, Decoration Plant, new Distribution Center and RX Lens Plant. This section was very attractive and interesting for all participants总裁的新娘, they enjoyed the opportunity to experience and practice on production line!

零售业务介绍 Retail Business

首先,由陆逊梯卡大中华区零售总裁,桑德罗先生介绍了在整个大中华区的零售战略部署和未来的计划。
Firstly, Mr. Alessandro Donadelli, President of Retail Greater China presents the retail business strategy and the future plan in Greater China to us.
陆逊梯卡大中华区财务副总裁Alberto Revolfato先生向同事们呈现了在2018年一季度以来在零售和批发业务上的重要业务指标。

在大中华地区,目前我们运营有4个零售品牌,分别为亮视点,雷朋,sunglass hut及Oakley。CarlJames,大中华区零售总经理为我们介绍4个零售品牌在大中华地区的销售运营情况及如何对不同的四个品牌定位进行营运战略部署流星的眼泪 。
在今年的7月份,我们又新添加了一位零售新成员,中国的第一家Oliver Peoples线下零售店在香港开业。
Luxottica operates 4 retail brands in Greater China currently; they are Lens Crafters, Rayban,Sunglass Hut and Oakley. Carl James, General Manager of Retail Greater China introduced the sales and operations in the 4 brands and the different operationbusiness strategy according to the different brand positioning.
And just inJuly, we warmly welcome a new retail family member to join us. The first Oliver Peoples store is grand opened in Hong Kong.
当然,零售业务绝不仅仅是依靠销售和运营在支撑。同时我们也需要来自市场,产品,业务拓展,工程等等一系列的支持部门女大当婚 。各个支持部门的负责人也为同事们介绍各自的业务流程及战略部署以配合整个零售大中华区的业务目标。
Obveriously, we cannot leave the support from Marketing, Product阿尔贝塔齐, Business Development, Construction , etc. We invited these deparment heads to give the introduciton on their business process and strategies to show how they provide the support to help on achieving the retail greater china business target.

Store Visit

最后,我们也同时参观了位于淮海中路上的雷朋旗舰店,同事们亲自体验了来自店铺同事专业的镜框顾问服务及520眼检服务。
As the end of retail business session, we visted the Rayban Flagship Store which located in Middle Huaihai Road. People exprienced the professional frame advisor services and 520 eyecare serices from our sales associates and optometrist.
批发业务介绍 Wholesale Business
陆逊梯卡中国区的批发业务在2017年有了翻天覆地的变化。这一变化也将带来行业颠覆性的改革。
在Lux@First Sight项目的最后一天,中国区批发团队为我们介绍这1年多以来所做出的努力。
Luxottica Wholesale Greater China shifting the wholesale business in eyewear industry in 2017. Let's see the effort they took during the past one year.

陆逊梯卡中国区批发总经理,Huang Xu首先为同事介绍了在2017年集团对中国区批发业务所做出的改变。从以往的大规模售卖模式到精致化的售卖模式,我们不仅仅是把产品卖出去导致客户大量积压库存导致不良产品周转率,兰雨霖 而是转化为为客户精心定制买货计划,规划好产品销售策略,形成良性循环。
Huang Xu, General Manager of Wholesale China introduce the strategic change in wholesale china in 2017. The Change is from traditional sales module to the taylor made sales module which can help the customers to plan the purchase order better, reduce the stock胡雅菁 , design more reasonable sales strategy, not lead to the bad product turnover.

Risse首先给了非常多的行业信息和介绍,这让远离销售业务的很多工厂同事了解到我们这个行业目前在中国的现状。其后,她介绍了在这样的行业现状下,陆逊梯卡走的不一样的路,使我们的品牌保有更高的品牌价值。

Risse firstly introduced a bunch of market information, it helps the colleagues from manufacutury to understand how the eyewear industry in china is and she also explained how the new business module in china to protect our brands and its value.

与此同时,批发团队也向我们介绍了今年在品牌推广上的重点品牌和其品牌故事。
Meanwhile, Wholesale team showed the key brands in 2017 and the promotion plan. They aslo introduced the brand story as well.
项目收官The Ending
最后,大家聚在一起分享及回顾这四天以来的所感所想。在这四天里,不仅仅是了解和吸收了讯息同时也为生产及销售之间建立了深厚的桥梁。让我们期待明年再见!
As the end, all the participants gathered together to refresh all the session in the past 4 days. During the 4 days program, they are not only to observe the information but build the deep relationship between Manufacutury and commercial. Let's looking forward next year!
